“Pearls” by Blessed Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński – free download

We present a collection of 366 quotations by Cardinal Wyszyński: one for each day of the year. The title “Pearls, ” reflects the richness of thoughts and teaching of the Primate of the Millennium.

The publication was prepared on the occasion of the beatification of Cardinal Wyszyński, Primate of Poland and a friend of Pope John Paul II, which took place on September 12, 2021 in Warsaw.

The collection was divided into two parts: the first contains aphorisms concerning various aspects of human life, such as love, family, work, etc., while the second was reserved for strictly religious themes, such as the Church and the liturgical year. We have also included some of the Cardinal’s reflections from the period of his imprisonment (1953-1956), as they help to understand his human and spiritual depth.
